Hair toners are used mainly when you remove the hair color () bleaching. Adding a toner to help balance the veins.

Skin Toner helps to cleanse the skin. I use witch hazel (which) does not seem to dry. If you really look at a problem with dry skin tags and decide what is best for dry skin.
