Temperature Of Niagara Falls At The Bottom Would You Expect The Temperature Of Water At The Bottom?

Would you expect the temperature of water at the bottom? - temperature of niagara falls at the bottom

Can we expect that the water temperature at the base of Niagara Falls to be slightly higher than the temperature at the summit in the autumn?

Yes, you can easily be calculated and by comparing the decline of PE for increased thermal energy

m * g * h = C * M * dT where C = 4184 J / kg ∙ ° C
Ergo, when the waterfalls are 30 meters high,

dT = 9.8 * 30/4184 = .07 ° C
