Mina took a year until the pain subsides and obtain eighteen months to almost full mobility again. I woke up one morning with a stiff neck and shoulders, and within twenty minutes, I felt severe pain in the upper right quadrant of my body froze. The doctor instructed inflammatory drugs, which, as wore to the neck to start, but still my frozen shoulder. I refused to believe that I am not able to move to, but I could not. I could not lift or move away from my body to sleep, is both painful and had uncomfortable.I physiotherapy, followed by injections of local anesthetic and steroid mixture. Finally, I have about 90%, but the mobility of a project goes directly to the joint and reminds me of the pain.

There is no treatment that moves on its own. Mine lasted 20 months and a friend she had for 2 years.

This is a shoulder with a very limited range of motion. Symptoms include pain when attempting to arm around the shoulder or not happening.

In some cases there is no improvement, and some are very easy to treat. Mine was caused by adhesions from an old injury, and tear a few months of physical therapy needs and then my mobility. But it was more than 35 years before the people of physiotherapy. In some cases, will never be right again, but almost everyone can improve.
